The Virtual Asset Service Providers Association (VASPA) Ghana is the industry body representing licensed digital asset businesses operating under Ghana's Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) and the SEC Guidelines on Digital Assets.
We serve as the bridge between the private sector and regulators — advocating for proportionate regulation, developing industry standards, and providing shared compliance infrastructure to reduce cost and complexity for our members.
Our members include cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, token issuers, DeFi platforms, and other virtual asset businesses either licensed by the SEC and BOG or actively pursuing licensure.
