Refund Policy

We want you to be confident joining VASPA Ghana. This page sets out when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Membership fees
- 14-day full refund window. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you have not downloaded restricted compliance templates or submitted a filing through the platform.
- Pro-rata refund (day 15-30). Between day 15 and day 30, we refund the unused portion of your annual fee, less a 10% administrative charge.
- After 30 days. Membership fees are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of your paid term.
- Renewals. Renewals are non-refundable once processed. Turn off auto-renew from your portal at least 3 business days before renewal to avoid charges.
2. Events and training
- Cancel 7+ days before the event: full refund or free transfer to another attendee.
- Cancel 3-6 days before: 50% refund or full-value transfer.
- Cancel less than 72 hours before or no-show: no refund.
- If VASPA Ghana cancels an event, registered attendees receive a full refund or a credit at their choice.
3. Custom builds and professional services
Custom build requests and paid advisory engagements are governed by the individual statement of work. Where no SOW is signed, deposits are refundable up until work begins; time already delivered is billable at the agreed rate.
4. Complimentary or promotional access
Complimentary memberships and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank. Card processor and bank charges are not refundable.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@vaspaghana.com from the address on your account with:
- Your organisation name and membership tier (or event name).
- Payment reference or invoice number.
- Reason for the request.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly and faster. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of the associated account.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Ghanaian law.
