Program and Events Committee

Designing and delivering VASPA's programmes and events.

Plans, coordinates, and delivers VASPA's flagship programmes and events — from industry conferences and member meetups to webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.

Responsibilities

Key Activities

  • Plan and deliver the annual VASPA industry conference and member events.
  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, and technical briefing sessions.
  • Manage event logistics, venues, vendors, and budgets.
  • Work with the PR committee to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Collect post-event feedback and report outcomes to the Board.
